		<description>So the most widespread and, arguably, data-backed model of BPD of the last decade is Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which formulates BPD as the product of low self-regulation and an emotionally invalidating environment. Whether these authors concur with this formulation or not, by leaving it out of a review of environmental elements associated with BPD they have short-changed their audience of educational content. 

In my clincal experience, the persisting habit of stigmatizing &quot;borderlines&quot; does not result in helpful therapy for them. DBT does.</description>
